At GalaxyCon, we want you to feel stellar in your new fashion finds. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid GalaxyCon shipping label and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
